My entrepreneurial journey began with the award-winning ExpoChef, food education business, which I founded in 2004 and successfully sold in 2012. That experience taught me how to combine commercial success with genuine impact—a philosophy I carry into everything I do today.

I then moved on to founding and scaling up Solutions for Care with a singular passion: delivering consultancy excellence into care homes across the UK. This has taken strategic and meaningful collaborations across a range of partnerships. 14 years on and my dream continues to be realised, as we have become a leading, trusted cost consultancy business across the UK care sector.

Alongside Solutions for Care, I invested in and helped grow (as fractional COO) a global multi-currency e-commerce business which scaled to $20million revenue. What excites me about this type of Newco is the blend of people and technology working in harmony combining operational excellence and product scale whilst supporting individual career advancement.

My successful collaborations and investments have given me a diverse range of experiences, from supporting young people with the Probation Service, scaling up and exiting projects, turning around failing businesses, building a network across Cyprus, to growing a significant whisky investment portfolio, personally and for clients.
